Responsibilities
Write, manage, and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives as well as day-to-day communication needs
Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities across the organization are well harmonized and align with department strategies
Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps, and develop corrective action plans
Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery/adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company
Develop communication materials, key messages, and collaborate with subject matter experts on communication deliverables and continuous improvement ideas
Ensure messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time, using appropriate communication channels
Identify and evangelize reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of relevant experience
Strategic thinking and ability to create effective change strategies
Strong focus on delivering measurable business results
Data-driven mindset with experience using insights and metrics
Strong business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives to business objectives
