Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas
Follow all safety requirements, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Meet daily warehouse task targets and standards
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the supervisor and/or manager
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following 5S principles
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed and ensure smooth workflow
Attend department meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
Committed to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE
Dependable with regular attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime as necessary
Ability to maintain a clean, organized warehouse (5S principles)
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to assisting others and improving processes
Preferred
At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or general labor
Familiarity with using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
