Operations Assistant
American Capital Group is a leader in real estate development, specializing in multifamily community development. The Operations Assistant will provide operational support across headquarters, warehouse, and jobsites, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and assisting with logistics activities.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support across headquarters, warehouse, and jobsites
Assist with workflow coordination and organization to ensure smooth execution
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient yard/warehouse environment
Perform inventory checks, material staging, and stock organization
Support warehouse and operations teams with daily fulfillment needs
Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and logistics activities
Schedule deliveries and communicate timelines with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams
Prepare delivery documentation, including packing slips, confirmations, and paperwork
Enter and maintain orders, invoices, and delivery records while supporting documentation and process improvements
Support sales through order processing, pricing coordination, quantity takeoffs, quote preparation, and cross-team customer service
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, administrative, or construction-related roles
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work
Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred
Experience working in a corporate office environment highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
