Responsibilities
Design and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Spark (PySpark), and Delta Lake
Build and optimize Azure Data Lake and lakehouse solutions
Implement data quality, governance, and performance tuning best practices
Partner with analysts to deliver curated, analytics-ready datasets
Automate ingestion and deployment using Azure DevOps and CI/CD
Participate in agile development and technical design discussions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong Python, PySpark, and SQL (SQL Server) skill
Hands-on Databricks experience
Experience with Azure (AWS or GCP considered)
Git/version control and DevOps exposure
Preferred
Azure or Databricks certifications
