Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end graphic design for packaging, communication materials, digital assets, and point-of-sale (POS) materials
Develop and adapt packaging designs, including artwork updates, line extensions, and regulatory changes
Prepare final print-ready files and manage artwork delivery to printers
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all design outputs
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing timelines and deliverables
Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and regional stakeholders
Support handover activities and ensure a smooth transition of ongoing work
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Graphic Designer with proven experience in packaging design, POP material, and digital design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Strong experience in packaging retouching and artwork adaptations
Solid knowledge of pre-press, print production, and file setup for print
Understanding of printing processes and materials (offset, flexo, digital, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience working in regional or global environments
Background in CPG, beauty, or personal care categories
Familiarity with artwork management and approval systems such as Asana, PageProof, Managed Artworks, or similar tools
