Responsibilities
Event coordination, setup, and break down
Administrative tasks
Assisting with social media projects and maintain social media pages
Video editing, clips and reels
Coordinating with external vendors for various events
Website, social media and email content writing
Website design and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word necessary
Video editing experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong writing skills
Required maturity and a high level of professionalism coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, flexibility, and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
Availability to work occasional early mornings and evenings, as necessary based upon events
Preferred
Canva and Clipchamp experience preferred
