They are seeking a Renewable Energy Control Center Intern to assist the Operations & Maintenance team in the safe and efficient operation of renewable energy assets. This role will involve supporting documentation, training development, and operational excellence across Wind, Solar, and BESS assets.

Responsibilities
Support the development, review, and organization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist in the design and structuring of simulation-based training materials
Organize and maintain digital documentation systems and version control
Provide documentation support for operational records and reports
Help standardize Electrical Switching and Operation Center procedures
Shadow Renewable Energy Control Operators (non-operational role)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Participate in internal training and industry learning
Provide administrative support including scheduling and meeting notes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Information Systems, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
Interest in renewable energy and control systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
