Responsibilities

Support project planning, preparation, and execution for water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects
Assist with production planning, quantity tracking, and cost forecasting to support project efficiency and profitability
Apply technical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and logistics to support field operations
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to support project milestones and deliverables
Serve as a technical resource to help solve field and coordination challenges

Analyze project data and field feedback to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Take ownership of your professional development while contributing to team success
Support safe, compliant, and productive project execution
Utilize Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6 for scheduling, reporting, and forecasting
Support document control, submittals, RFIs, and project records
Use construction software such as HCSS, Procore, or similar platforms to support heavy civil and WWTP projects

Required

1–3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6)
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across field and office teams
Ability to work in both office and active construction environments
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders or scaffolding, and navigate jobsite conditions as required
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Professional appearance and conduct

Experience with water/wastewater treatment plant projects strongly preferred
