Own and support Linux-based systems in production
Use Ansible for automation, configuration management, and deployments
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
Work with Contact Center technologies (Genesys Engage preferred)
Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Troubleshoot complex system and application issues in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum team and take initiative on deliverables
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Systems, DevOps, or Software Engineering
Strong Linux + automation mindset
Genesys Engage
Prior exposure to telephony or contact center platforms
Comfortable coding (Python/Java), scripting, and working with cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
Own and support Linux-based systems in production
Use Ansible for automation, configuration management, and deployments
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
Work with Contact Center technologies (Genesys Engage preferred)
