Responsibilities
Own and exceed your teams’ sales targets
Make it easy for account executives to do the right thing by default
Instill sound pipeline generation practices
Effectively leverage sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
Partner with sales ops and deal desk to continually streamline our processes
Listen to sales calls, providing guidance on strategy, and sharing feedback
Accurate forecasting of strategic deals and assessing risks
Dive into the numbers to confirm intuitions with data
Praise publicly and provide constructive feedback in private
Involve your team in key decisions and lean towards over communicating
Qualification
Required
5+ years of leading top-performing teams at a high-growth enterprise software company
10+ years of experience of top-performance at a high-growth startup, ideally selling to a technical persona
Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes that help teams exceed revenue targets
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and growing environment
