Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Lighthouse Program Leader and executive stakeholders to define and implement the overall strategy for executive customer engagements
Identify and prioritize key customers for executive interactions based on strategic importance, product usage, and potential opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts to proactively schedule meetings, calls, and other engagements with executives
Manage executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing conflicts
Gather and synthesize comprehensive customer information for each engagement, including company profiles, key stakeholders, product usage data, active issues, and customer feedback (VOC)
Prepare detailed briefing materials for executives, providing them with context and insights to ensure productive and meaningful customer interactions
As needed, attend customer meetings to facilitate discussions, take notes, and ensure clear next steps are identified
Develop and maintain a system for tracking action items resulting from customer engagements and ensure timely follow-up on commitments made to customers by executives
Act as a liaison between executives and customers to ensure smooth communication and a positive overall experience
Keep Sales Enablement Leadership and the Lighthouse Program Leader informed of all planned executive engagements, providing updates on outcomes, action items, and any relevant insights gathered
Ensure all executive engagements align with the overall goals and objectives of the Lighthouse program

Required

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management or executive engagement
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style for diverse audiences
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Strong understanding of CRM systems and tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
