Responsibilities

Consulting with AprilAire dealers to position their businesses for success
Providing tailored product and system solutions to basement/crawlspace contractors (pest control, mold remediation, foundation repair)
Displaying an exceptional degree of accountability for sales by cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needs
Working collaboratively with customer distribution managers in securing distributor orders with dealers
Developing and leading an Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and allows you to plan for your month-to-month future
Tracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accounts
Supporting clients and developing long lasting relationships
Updating our CRM (Goldmine) and identifying accounts offering the greatest opportunities

Required

Experience in B2B sales, selling a tangible product
Exposure and knowledge of the HVAC industry or pest control, mold remediation, foundation repair, and similar contractors
Ability to develop long lasting relationships with customers and provide passionate customer service
Self-motivated and forward thinking
Flexible, adaptable, and resilient
Minimal supervision required
Ability to grow and manage your territory
2 years' experience or more in progressive sales roles
Ability to travel within your territory up to 40% (Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
