Responsibilities

Conceive and provide practical and improved product design applications
Prepare design layouts by using a computer graphics system
Accurately makes design calculations, decisions, and performs necessary analysis and computer simulations
Work closely with the Test Engineers and technicians, plant personnel and suppliers regarding product design, test, and production schedule dates
Provide guidance to Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Service and other departments

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in using 3-D modeling software to identify issues, summarize data, and present information effectively
Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality work on time. Ask questions and seek clarification when needed. Stay organized and on-task
Professional mindset and strong communication skills
