Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing setting preferred
Ability to work the 2nd shift hours and maintain flexibility for overtime as needed. (Mon-Thur 3:00pm-1:30am)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to lead a team effectively
Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to team members and management
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing production demands
Commitment to enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe workplace
