Responsibilities
You'll handle weeding, mowing, moss removal, and gutter cleaning across our staff housing locations
From road repair and path remediation to planting, pruning, and trimming, you'll handle the complete spectrum of grounds maintenance
Tree and gorse removal, fertilization, and garden bed management are all part of keeping these areas pristine
You'll inspect equipment before and after each use, clean everything properly, make minor adjustments, and report any problems to our mechanic
You'll collaborate with various staff members using mostly hand tools and small power equipment, plus small work vehicles when needed
Qualification
Required
Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record that meets safety policies
Ability to communicate well and solve problems
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks under pressure
Commitment to excellence even when things get hectic
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Physically capable of outdoor work that requires reading, writing, communicating with staff, following instructions, and visually inspecting work areas
Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, use ladders safely, and handle the physical demands of landscape maintenance
Preferred
At least one year of landscaping experience
Experience in golf course maintenance or similar landscaping
