Receptionist
LHH is seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support front desk operations at their Frederick, MD location. This fully onsite role involves greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing clerical support during a short-term staffing need.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage visitor check-ins and ensure adherence to building procedures
Maintain a clean, organized reception area
Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Provide basic clerical support including scanning, copying, filing, and data entry
Assist with scheduling conference rooms and coordinating meetings as needed
Support internal departments with light administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Highly organized and dependable with strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and ability to manage multiple tasks calmly
Ability to remain seated at the front desk for extended periods
Must successfully pass a criminal background check
Must complete a drug test (excluding THC)
