Responsibilities
Image, configure, deploy, and secure Macs, Windows PCs, and mobile devices using JAMF and Microsoft Intune in accordance with company standards
Prepare new and replacement devices for end users, ensuring timely delivery, readiness, and proper enrollment
Partner with Asset Management to receive, log, track, audit, and retire IT hardware throughout its lifecycle
Maintain accurate records of device assignments, status, inventory, and lifecycle events
Manage incoming and outgoing equipment, including shipping, receiving, and device refreshes
Support new hire onboarding, offboarding, and other operational workflows while contributing to process improvements
Provide basic desktop support and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to Desktop Support or other IT teams as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in IT operations, endpoint provisioning, or a related IT support role
Hands-on experience imaging and managing devices using JAMF and/or Microsoft Intune
Familiarity with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms
Understanding of IT asset management and inventory tracking best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
Effective communication and collaboration skills
