Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing documents including:
Land Trust Agreement
General Warranty Deed
LLC Operating Agreement
Assignment of Beneficial Interest
Reviewing and assessing client’s needs (with assistance from LBS team)
Confirming County requirements for deed recordation
Direct client engagement; willingness to consult with the client for up to 1 hour upon request
Adhere to deadlines and provides updates on workflows
Qualification
Required
Licensed Attorney in one of the given states
Residential real estate experience
Deed preparation experience
Experience drafting basic LLC Operating Agreements
