Responsibilities
Creating high quality, engaging content for executive and brand channels, ensuring alignment with overall company messaging and brand voice
Making memes and posting bangers
Working directly with the policy team to deliver messaging in a social native way
Working cross-functionally on product and brand marketing campaigns to bring them to life on CT
Building content campaigns to deliver our corporate messaging in compelling, engaging ways
Monitoring Twitter/X trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content creation
Standing up working processes and content systems between internal teams
Monitoring, advising on and responding to FUD through short and long term strategies
Engaging directly with the CT community, responding to mentions, and building relationships
Analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy and improve engagement
Be flexible with working hours as crypto never sleeps and sometimes neither do we
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of social and new media landscapes
Passion for crypto and economic freedom
Strong background in building and engaging with a social media following, especially on X
Meme proficiency
Fast learner. Can jump straight into our policy work
Proven experience as a talented copywriter and memer
Direct communication style; despises corporate speak
Thick skin – open to feedback and does not get emotionally affected
Born & raised in the Twitter/X trenches
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience creating content for other social media platforms
Solid working relationships with social and new media
Understanding of the regulatory, security, political, and technical landscapes influencing cryptocurrency
Experience with short-form video content and other social media platforms
