Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision: Direct and support team leaders, case managers, and direct care staff to ensure the highest standard of care
Student Care: Promote positive staff-student interactions and ensure all services align with individual treatment plans
Staff Development: Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations
Program Oversight: Lead treatment planning, therapeutic programming, and ensure compliance with behavioral intervention policies
Policy & Compliance: Ensure all residential programs meet licensing and regulatory standards
Safety & Facilities: Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic living environment for students
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
4+ years of residential management experience. (Or equivalent combination of degree/experience)
Strong knowledge of interdisciplinary team leadership, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance
Experience in staff development and creating positive team dynamics
Familiarity with state licensing requirements and behavioral intervention strategies
