HR Coordinator

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating new hire orientations
Records Management: Maintaining accurate, confidential electronic and physical employee records, including updating HRIS databases
Compliance & Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations (e.g., OSHA), and company policies
Benefits & Payroll: Assisting with benefits administration, open enrollment, and processing payroll for employees or temporary staff
Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and payroll
Administrative Support: Drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing employee files
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR roles, administration, or office management
Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal communication, time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
