Responsibilities
Providing advanced technical support for customers utilizing property management accounting software
Applying substantial knowledge of accounting systems to resolve a wide range of customer issues
Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements
Collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and effective customer support
Acting as a go-to resource for peers and leading by example in service delivery and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Substantial knowledge of accounting systems
Ability to apply accounting expertise to resolve a wide range of customer issues
Experience in providing advanced technical support for customers
Contributes to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements
Regularly collaborates across departments to ensure efficient and effective customer support
Acts as a go-to resource for peers
Expected to lead by example in service delivery and technical excellence
