Regional Vice President, National Sales

HUMAN is looking for a Regional Vice President to lead and grow a high-performing team focused on new logo acquisition. This role involves building pipeline, coaching deals, and directly influencing revenue outcomes while collaborating with various departments to win complex deals.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and scale a high-performing team focused on new logo acquisition and profitable revenue growth
Help shape account strategy, run deal reviews and coach live opportunities
Set clear expectations around pipeline creation, deal quality, forecast accuracy and execution discipline
Own and exceed quarterly pipeline targets while supporting bookings and revenue goals
Partner with the team to navigate longer sales cycles, build and advance multi-threaded opportunities, and clearly articulate value to both technical and business buyers
Develop and use clear metrics to assess sales performance, pipeline health and individual development
Stay deeply informed on customer needs, buying patterns, competitive dynamics and market trends
Bring customer insights back to Product, Marketing and leadership
Hold regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to coach performance, build skills, and support individual development
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Product to win deals and support long-term customer value

Required

1-2 years of experience as a Sales Director or Sales Manager leading teams of 4-8 people
Proven success leading hunters and supporting more complex, longer cycle deals
High-energy, hands-on sales leader with successful experience in high growth environments
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets
Experience selling into ad tech & media, brands, retailers & e-commerce partners or adjacent digital industries
Strong communicator who can earn trust quickly with customers, the team and cross-functional partners
Thrives in a competitive, fast-moving environment and knows how to keep a team motivated and focused
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred

While not required, we strongly prefer candidates based in the Chicago or NYC metro areas given our team structure and collaboration needs
