Responsibilities
Support and execute product experiences, demos, activations, and events across the organization
Design, develop, and scale delivery of Product Experiences for internal and external stakeholders
Provide creative production and logistics expertise including demo design, staffing, tech setup, and onsite support
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and agency teams to plan and execute experiential programs
Produce large-scale, complex events including conferences, partner activations, press launches, and first-party events
Qualification
Required
5+ years of client-facing experience in event management, production, or creative agency environments
Proven experience producing large-scale, complex events and product demos
Strong program/project management skills with an operational, highly organized mindset
Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events
Cross-functional collaboration experience within matrixed organizations
