Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineering Consultant to deliver the Observe-to-Agent (O2A) lifecycle, enabling process intelligence and workflow optimization. This role involves hands-on process engineering and cross-functional delivery leadership to support large-scale operational transformation.

Responsibilities

Execute all phases of the O2A lifecycle (Observe Analyze Optimize Run)

Configure the Observe Assistant, activity tagging, and persona-level behavior models

Translate observed workflows into automation-ready requirements and agentic features

Deploy SKAN.ai agents, configure masking, validate data, and ensure governance compliance

Operate and refine the SKAN Digital Twin to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities

Produce structured SOPs and maintain continuous observation cycles with audit-ready accuracy

Enable data masking, clickstream capture, LLM insights, and multi-app analysis

Validate analytics across call-time, multitasking, and mainframe activity

Convert detailed observations into clear insights on complexity, friction points, and automation potential

Conduct observations across personas and application ecosystems

Build behavioral and task-level insights to support productivity and efficiency initiatives

Analyze cognitive load, exception patterns, and performance variations

Manage delivery milestones, data quality, and issue resolution

Partner with business leaders, product, engineering, data science, and operations teams

Communicate findings to inform decision-making and transformation strategies

Required

Experience in process engineering, workforce analytics, task mining, automation, or related fields

Experience managing multi‑persona, multi‑application observation programs

Strong background in process engineering, operational transformation, or workflow redesign

Proven ability to convert observed tasks into SOPs or automation‑ready requirements

Preferred

Experience with AI/ML teams or AI‑enabled environments

Background in digital twins, productivity analytics, process mining, or task intelligence

Familiarity with SKAN.ai, clickstream analytics, or observation‑based discovery tools

Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver insight‑driven outcomes
