Pacific Crest Group is a 25+ year consulting firm providing customized HR, finance, accounting, and business advisory services to growing organizations. They are looking for an experienced HR Consultant who can assess people and process challenges and partner with leaders to build HR systems that support growth and culture.

Responsibilities
Assess organizational structure, talent, and HR practices
Build and improve HR infrastructure (policies, compliance, onboarding, performance management, employee relations)
Coach leaders and managers on accountability and team performance
Help growing companies scale their people practices
Navigate employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Partner with finance and operations consultants when people issues affect productivity and systems
Qualification
Required
7+ years of broad HR experience (employee relations, compliance, organizational development)
Experience in multiple industries and business types
Comfortable advising owners and executives
Strong systems thinker who builds HR processes that actually get used
Confident communicator who balances empathy with accountability
Highly organized, adaptable, and self-directed - able to switch gears between multiple clients
Preferred
Consulting experience
SPHR or other certification
