They are seeking a BIM/VDC MEP Coordinator to design and produce 3D models of MEP disciplines, conduct clash detection, and collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.

Responsibilities
Design/Produce 3D Models of MEP disciplines, based on client and project requests
Review system(s) layouts for design accuracy and constructability
Conduct all manner of Clash Detection routines to resolve system(s) conflicts
Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and overall project Coordination team to find solutions for clash-free, discipline-specific layouts
Produce 2D Shop/Installation drawings for client’s field personnel
Communicate effectively with others by attending meetings (either in person or via Web conference), phone calls, and email
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Associate's Degree in Construction Technology or CAD, or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) minimum
Proven skills using BIM software (Revit and Fabrication for Revit) required
Preferred
Proven skills using other software (Navisworks, Bluebeam, Inventor, SolidWorks) desired
3+ years' experience within the AEC industry desired
Project Management experience desired
