Board Certified Behavior Analyst
ATC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their multidisciplinary team in a school setting. The role involves designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavioral change and improve the quality of life for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
Design and supervise evidence-based behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Provide direct patient care through therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy for children and individuals with autism or other disabilities
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment implementation across settings
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality
Participate in intake processes by evaluating new clients’ needs and developing appropriate care plans
Educate families and team members on behavioral health strategies, promoting understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process
Qualification
Required
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management
Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient-centered care standards
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and patient privacy is essential
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals effectively
