Responsibilities

Give gear advice on band & orchestra products and accessories

Educate customers on our state-of-the-art rental program, serving as their liaison for Sweetwater Band & Orchestra Instrument Rentals

Follow up on orders to provide outstanding customer service through a variety of different communication methods

Required
