Responsibilities

Perform technical planning
Provide electrical and/or mechanical equipment design process guidance
Manage PDP schedule and performance
Support design reviews
Equipment design coordination with stress, EEE, design, test, and other teams
Perform CPLM Tech Lead reviews on PDPs
Coordinate with other teams
Demonstrate technical skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent STEM related discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) from an accredited university with 5 years of relevant experience, 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD
3 years of electrical engineering experience in at least two of the following fields: electrical architecture, power system and power equipment design, development and test of mixed signal circuits, interface definition (internal and/or external), or power distribution
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
A thorough knowledge of the design review process with a proven track record of releasing design on time
Experience leading projects/assignments
Experience projecting future work scope and meeting schedule
Experience reviewing and coordinating PDP work between multiple design engineers
Experience designing PDPs to meet system requirements
Experience working with Vendor Item Control Drawings (VICDs) & Source Control Drawings (SCDs)

Preferred

Electrical engineering experience in at least two of the following fields: electrical architecture, power system and power equipment design, development and test of mixed signal circuits, interface definition (internal and/or external), or power distribution
Working experience utilizing power system design, and/or analysis software tools, such as ETAP, PSS/E, SKM or PSCAD
Working experience designing, troubleshooting (RCA) and/or implementing ground power systems, facility power systems and/or launch power systems
Knowledge of industry/military codes and standards, including the IEEE, NEC, NESC, NFPA, IEC, and UFC
