Responsibilities
Define and iterate product specifications throughout the development lifecycle
Lead competitive and market analyses to inform product strategy
Support category performance tracking and sales insights
Recommend new product opportunities based on market research and consumer needs
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, testing, marketing, and leadership teams
Serve as the product expert for assigned categories, including support for legacy products and input for next-generation development
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, or related roles within consumer goods
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong project management and communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Consumer-first mindset with deep understanding of customer needs
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
