Union LOA Specialist
IntePros is seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused Medical Leave & Benefits Administration Specialist to support sick leave and medical leave administration for bargaining unit employees. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations while delivering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
Administer sick leave benefits for all bargaining unit employees, including reviewing and processing sick leave applications in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into payroll and attendance systems
Manage short-term and long-term medical leave in compliance with union contract requirements
Communicate approved leaves to internal stakeholders, including Security, Training, Human Resources, and department leadership
Manage the Medical Inbox, responding to employee inquiries and processing medical documentation in a timely manner
Participate in grievance meetings related to medical leave matters and attend arbitration hearings when medically related absences result in termination
Maintain confidential medical and absence records in compliance with PHI and HIPAA requirements
Support the site Wellbeing Committee with monthly, site-wide wellness initiatives
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the Global Benefits team
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer- or employee-facing role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
