Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment (e.g., extruders, braiders, automated systems, compressors, HVAC)
Develop and track preventive maintenance programs using IQMS ERP
Prepare monthly PM plans; maintain accurate records and documentation
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
Inspect facilities, assist with installations and upgrades, and perform minor building repairs
Communicate with OEMs and suppliers to resolve equipment issues
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
Ensure work meets cGMP, OSHA, and internal safety requirements
Manage spare parts inventory to support timely repairs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; technical/vocational training preferred
5+ years' maintenance experience in regulated industrial/manufacturing settings
Skilled in mechanical systems, basic electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting
Able to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Experience with hand/power tools, diagnostic equipment, and ERP/CMMS systems (IQMS preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
