Senior LevelSADA is looking for a Senior Workspace Deployment Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to deploy Google Workspace effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and project quality.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects, change managers, and project managers to execute the deployment of Google Workspace
Understand and configure Google Workspace for the Customer’s use cases and train Customer admins on admin capabilities
Identify risks to the quality of the project and potential additional engagements with project managers
Test/troubleshoot and build functioning prototypes that prove out ideas and build confidence in solutions
Interact with Customers daily and guide them through the transition, completing project tasks
Present prototypes and create documentation to build trust and consensus with Customers and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Google Professional Workspace Administrator Certified and Google Workspace Certified, or able to complete within the first 45 days of employment
Google Associate Cloud Engineer or able to complete one of the above within the first 180 days of employment
Expertise in at least three of the following domain areas: Fundamental Email Concepts, Active Directory, Identity Management, Mail Migrations, SharePoint Concepts, Okta SSO & LCM, AODocs Workflow Management
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
Understanding of security and networking pertaining to Google Workspace
Ability to lead an in-depth client meeting/workshop across a broad range of topics including discovery, cloud compliance and security
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with and communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
Hands-on experience with traditional on-premises and enterprise mail and collaboration technologies
Understanding of best practices, design patterns and reference architectures with an uncanny ability to recommend these as needed
Experience working with engineering teams
Experience producing technical assets or writing technical documentation, including, but not limited to, architecture designs and documentation
Time management with the ability to manage multiple streams
Preferred
Direct experience working with a variety of cloud technologies such as AODocs, Okta, BetterCloud, CloudM, as well as designing and recommending elegant solutions that drive business outcomes
Direct experience with ChromeOS
Ability to develop scripts in Python, Javascript, or Google Apps Script
Ability to recommend cloud-native approaches to solve Customer business and technical challenges
