Responsibilities

Elicit and document use cases, intents, SOPs, policies, and process maps; define KPIs, guardrails, and acceptance criteria
Produce clear functional specifications for AI features, including prompt/evaluation artifacts and fallback flows
Collaborate with data and engineering on data quality, lineage, and access requirements; support user acceptance and readiness
Contribute to change management plans, training content, and adoption tracking

Required

5–8+ years in business analysis or product analysis with data/AI exposure
Strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and written communication skills
Working knowledge of analytics/ML concepts and human in the loop workflows

Preferred

Experience with prompt/evaluation design and basic SQL or data profiling
