Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for telephone callers and visitors, providing information and redirecting inquiries as appropriate based on detailed knowledge of HR operations and company procedures
Perform confidential administrative tasks, including preparing, proofreading, and assembling reports or proposals, and transcribing/distributing minutes for key meetings
Maintain departmental records and prepare routine and ad hoc reports
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
Manage all incoming mail for management staff, drafting responses to routine correspondence and determining delegation to subordinate managers where appropriate
Ensure effective follow-up on assignments delegated by management, monitoring status and completion
Oversee the administrative filing system, including management of confidential information
Process weekly payroll records
Act as a central communication hub for associates, ensuring effective distribution of information and timely response to inquiries
Operate and maintain office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, printers, and binding machines
Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Required

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
