Responsibilities

Resolve client coverage and claims issues through analyzing information, reviewing pertinent documents, researching policy language and case law, pooling opinions from other experts in the business, or facilitating recommended strategies
Negotiate win-win solutions for clients
Provide expertise in coverages, claims adjusting, claims management, and risk management
Anticipate and proactively resolve clients’ needs

Required

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the insurance industry
Excellent working knowledge of varied types of Business Insurance claims with concentration in general liability/auto liability in various industries (such as construction, real estate, hospitality, etc.)
Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, problem solving and focus on goals

Preferred

Insurance designation (ARM, AIC, CIC, CPCU, etc.) or demonstrated equivalent knowledge
