Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership Build and sustain trust-based relationships with C-suite and senior executives. Serve as a strategic partner who understands client goals and consistently delivers value that drives measurable improvement
Strategic Account Planning Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client priorities and organizational objectives. Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through innovative solutions and differentiated performance outcomes
Analytical Storytelling & Problem Solving Leverage data and insights to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and communicate recommendations through compelling, evidence-based narratives tailored to executive audiences
Financial & Business Acumen Interpret financial performance metrics and business drivers to inform strategy, measure impact, and ensure alignment with value creation objectives
Strategic Thinking & Planning Anticipate industry trends, guide clients through market shifts, and shape strategies that position both the client and the organization for long-term success
Collaboration & Influence Partner across internal business units to align solutions and resources around client needs. Build consensus and drive coordinated action across diverse teams and stakeholders
Executive Presence & Communication Represent the organization with credibility, confidence, and clarity. Facilitate productive executive-level discussions that shape direction and accelerate decision-making
Business Development Orientation Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen client relationships, cross-sell services, and expand revenue through outcomes-based value propositions

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) desired
7 or more years of experience in health care supply chain operations serving a health care provider/IDN/health system, and strategic account management, client delivery, or consulting within a complex, matrixed environment required
Proven success managing executive client relationships and driving performance improvement
Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills with demonstrated executive presence
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables

Preferred

Candidates residing in Pennsylvania and New York are desired
