Experienced in reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting outputs prepared by accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Comfortable working with regional CFOs and finance teams, providing reliable controllership support and ensuring smooth execution of accounting operations
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of controllership or accounting experience in healthcare services (e.g., hospitals, surgery centers, physician practices)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare revenue/expense accounting
Skilled in preparing and validating journal entries and managing month-end/quarter-end close activities using the close calendar to sequence tasks
Experienced in reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting outputs prepared by accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Comfortable working with regional CFOs and finance teams, providing reliable controllership support and ensuring smooth execution of accounting operations
Preferred
Experience with multi-location accounting and finance support
