Responsibilities

Primarily focused on supporting and overseeing 2nd and 3rd shifts and offering general HR support and guidance to employees, contractors, supervisors, etc
Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility
Acting as an expert in complex business cases/projects by offering operations expertise and knowledge and driving collaboration across different countries and functions
Identifying deficiencies of existing business processes, taking responsibility for the correct handling of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and proactively recommending enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience
Performing control tasks with autonomy, including 4-eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and country legal/regulatory compliance tasks

Required

Bachelors Degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing / plant / distribution center environment
Strong understanding of basic HR Generalist support - including Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, onboarding, training, compliance, etc
Proficient in Workday HRIS Systems
Strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution skills required
Attention to detail for maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring legal compliance
Candidates must be authorized to work for ABB in the US
