Responsibilities

Own execution of the SBI Kill Vehicle from design through build, integration, and test
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance hardware on aggressive schedules
Drive integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and technical performance tracking
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain mission objectives
Support design reviews, test readiness, and stakeholder engagement as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
7+ years of aerospace or defense project/program management experience
Experience delivering high-performance systems, flight hardware, or weapon-class systems
Strong execution discipline with ownership of schedules and budgets
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual per 8 U.S. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Missile defense or interceptor vehicle experience
Experience with guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) integration or high-dynamic systems
Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
