Create solutions within the ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) framework
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows to meet the needs of the organization
Work on challenging projects that directly impact the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Prior ServiceNow Platform experience
Experience with ServiceNow CSM
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and similar web technologies
Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
Preferred
Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and HRSD
