Responsibilities
Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Review invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
Assist with month-end closing activities related to payables
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and finance teams
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED, or equivalent required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
10-key data entry proficiency
Tech savvy; Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office technology
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus
Some college-level coursework, accounting classes, or an associate degree preferred
Previous accounting or accounts payable experience preferred
