Responsibilities

Drive profitability and cost discipline through forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring
Influence commercial decisions by supporting pricing, quoting, and customer program analysis
Improve operational performance by identifying cost drivers, efficiency opportunities, and capacity risks
Support leadership decision-making with high-quality financial reporting and actionable insights
Ensure financial integrity through accurate reporting, controls, and compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including analysis and recommendations to close gaps versus budget and forecast
Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across plant and corporate functions
Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, customer programs, demand shifts, and investment decisions
Analyze monthly revenue performance, ensuring pricing adjustments, accruals, and volume assumptions are accurately reflected
Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, delivering timely and high-quality insights to Controlling and Finance leadership
Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to analyze cost drivers, productivity, and efficiency initiatives
Monitor plant and program performance against standard costs, KPIs, and customer or supplier agreements
Participate in manufacturing capacity planning to identify bottlenecks, underutilized assets, and potential capital investment needs
Prepare monthly sales reports, including margin analysis and sales by customer
Review and monitor SG&A expenses, including travel and entertainment, to support expense control and forecasting
Support quoting, pricing, and profitability analysis for new and existing OEM programs
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure forecasts align with customer demand and pricing assumptions
Review customer contracts to confirm alignment with financial targets and margin expectations
Provide cost breakdowns and financial support for contract negotiations as needed
Consolidate financial data to support both local plant and corporate reporting requirements
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations
Support internal and external audit activities as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant plant controlling experience
1–5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive environments (or equivalent educational experience)
Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing operations
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Infor, or similar preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to connect analysis to the bigger business picture
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, operational environment
