Responsibilities
Own budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting (with clear, insightful variance narrative) for a multi-location portfolio
Partner with field leadership to manage costs to plan and elevate financial clarity
Lead customer-facing financial reviews and provide executive-ready reporting
Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and scalable finance discipline
Qualification
Required
4-8 years in corporate Finance/FP&A or similar
Strong Excel skills (structured models, pivots/Power Query, scenarios auditability)
Proven ability to tell the story behind the numbers and influence cross-functionally
Solid grounding in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Preferred
NetSuite is a plus (not required)
