Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack Java applications and database components
Troubleshoot production issues and manage end-to-end resolution
Conduct testing, validation, and document system changes
Improve existing systems and support new feature implementations
Work with business teams to analyze requirements and define project scope
Produce clear specifications and process documentation
Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders
Support planning and coordination for complex or multi-solution projects
Manage SaaS applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
Serve as the primary IT contact for subsidiaries
Provide general IT operations support when needed
Enforce IT security policies and manage change-management processes
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Train users on new or updated system functionality
Generate or update requested data
Maintain accurate and consistent system and functional documentation
Provide documentation that supports business operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in the development and writing of detailed, actionable requirements and functional specifications
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
5+ years of hands-on end to end IT systems development or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Good written and verbal communication skills: must be able to effectively convey and document designs and processes
DB Programming Experience (PL/SQL or T-SQL)
Java, .NET, C#, Javascript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, DOM, Git/SVN
Ability to manage all aspect/stages of software development life cycle (Agile environment)
Bachelors Degree
6 - 9 Years of Direct Experience in Information Technology
1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience
Preferred
Master's Degree
7 - 11 Years of Direct Experience
4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience
