Qualification
Required
At least six years of experience practicing environmental law in the context of compliance counseling, enforcement defense, litigation, permitting and other regulatory authorizations, or agency rulemaking
Particular experience working in private practice, a trade association, and/or a government agency
Dedication to the practice of environmental law

Virginia bar membership required within one year of joining the firm
