This role will assist with ongoing deals, property management matters, and transactional coordination, offering reliable and consistent assistance on a flexible basis.

Responsibilities
Support active commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and renewals
Coordinate with attorneys, brokers, lenders, property managers, and other stakeholders
Review and assist with commercial leases, contracts, amendments, and related documentation
Track deal milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Serve as a reliable point of support for ongoing deals and day‑to‑day needs
Qualification
Required
Candidates should have at least five years of prior experience in commercial real estate (transactional, property management, lease management or investment support)
Prior experience in commercial real estate required; candidate must be admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey or Pennsylvania Bar
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and coordination skills
Availability to work part‑time on a consistent basis for the duration of the interim assignment
