Professional Services Operations- Summer Intern- CRD

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to cross-functional operations and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

Assisting in drafting and maintaining detailed requirement documents for various projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives
Reviewing SOPs in line with annual refresh program
Contributing to month end close activities by coordinating necessary tasks and providing support to ensure adherence to controls and accurate reporting
Preparing weekly reports, providing meaningful analysis of key metrics to support decision making
Helping to build and maintain files that provide essential data for management
Reconciling data from multiple systems, identifying discrepancies and working with teams to resolve any issues

Required

Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology, Business, or a related discipline

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
Eagerness to learn and grow, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
