Finance Analyst 2
UC Davis Health Informatics is seeking a Finance Analyst 2 to support the School of Nursing's financial operations. The role involves processing high-volume transactions, ensuring compliance with university policies, and providing support to the Financial Analyst 3 and Supervisor.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related area (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience/training
Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in high-volume transaction processing, accounting, or finance administration, preferably within a large institutional or public sector environment
Demonstrated proficiency in using Oracle-based financial enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (Oracle-based preferred) for transactional processing (e.g., purchasing, disbursements)
Proven ability to interpret and apply complex policies (e.g., travel regulations, purchasing policies) to ensure transactional compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required to manage a high volume of time-sensitive financial documentation
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
Preferred
Experience in a higher education or healthcare setting
Working knowledge of UC Davis financial systems (e.g., AggieEnterprise, travel systems)
